Hi Everyone, I've been a long time member here but had not hung around the past few years. We filed chapter 13 back in 2009 and now we have only 3 more payment left. We are so close we can taste it!
This journey has not been easy, but I definitely feel that we are better off because of everything that we have gone through.
This forum was an excellent source of information back a few years ago when we were just looking into the whole Bankruptcy thing. I have decided to come back because now the next phase comes in and I'm sure I can benefit from other people's experience regarding the discharge phase of the case.
Anyways, if anyone has any questions regarding filing Ch. 13 in the Eastern District of KY please ask me (here or PM) I have gone through enough that I feel I pretty good about answering your questions.
