Finally Discharge Staus!

Finally my trustee's website(Detroit,MI/ 13network) posted case status of "DISCHARGE - NOTICE (8/20/2014)" ,and "closing order date of August 20,2014!! I think we are getting very close! Also,my wife and I latest checks(paid bi-monthly) were without the "bankruptcy deduction"!!

I love Chapter 13 discharges! Excellent job sticking to the plan. I'm glad to read that you have also had the wage deductions stopped! Nothing like a nice little bump in your paycheck (albeit it may just go to bills).

That is awesome. Our last payment was deducted on the last check. I know it might deduct more until the stop order is sent but
it is so nice that we are this close as well.

Hello, that is really great. I hope to be there very shortly. When was your last payment to the trustee? and how long was it from last payment to discharge? Did they continue to take the payments out of your paycheck, even after you finished all of your payments? I am waiting for discharge myself.

My wife and I live in Michigan, so we made our first payment April 2009(which the amount changed every month,until our confirmation date= Aug 1,2009), and our last payment was "payroll deducted" the end of July 2014(paid bi-monthly). So, in Michigan you go longer than 60 months, unless you get confirmed very quickly. Hopefully this was helpful! Good luck with your (hopefully quick) discharge!
