    Chapter 13 Discharged

    I have never posted here before but I have been following these boards for the past 3+ years. The information I obtained here has been invaluable in helping us through this. Our 5 year Chapter 13 was discharged yesterday 3 July 2014; my husband and I are beyond happy. I can tell you it is not an easy 5 years, lots of up and downs, but hang in there. It is such a great feeling when you make that final payment
