Affidavit????

Hello everyone! I received a request today from my attorney's office to come in & sign an affidavit from the trustee. I haven't actually seen the paperwork but apparently it is something to the effect that is proof that I am paying everything that is outside the plan. What is this? My plan has not been confirmed yet & I feel like I am failing already. I'm wondering if I did the right thing. The plan payment is high. The expenses listed on the schedule are lower than they actually are. My attorney said she had to list them that way to make it feasible. I'm not sure what expenses they mean that are outside the plan. Utilities? Rent? Insurance? Soooo many questions
