I have 5 months left on a Shi#$y 60 month plan. I just realized I have not given the Trustee the last two years of tax returns. The trustee has not asked for them or filed a motion to dismiss because of them. Should I just keep paying my plan and not rock the boat or should I send them? My income has not really changed that much in the last two years, maybe increased 5%. Can the Trustee block my discharge after the plan for this?

Ask your attorney.
I can't imagine your case being dismissed because of this as long as there weren't refunds that should have been sent to the trustee. Even if there were refunds you should have turned over, you would probably have a chance to send the money to the trustee now.LadyInTheRed is in the black!
Filed Chap 13 April 2010. Discharged May 2015.
$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!
