    Trustee notice of completed plan/Arizona

    Just got an email from our attorney that the trustee has submitted the notice of completed plan! I just checked Pacer & this shows filed 6/4/2014.

    Email also says discharge should be filed soon. Anyone know how long before discharge?

        We are in Arizona. If I remember right, it was about 3 months.
        Golden Jubilee was a year-long celebration held every 50 years in which all bondmen were freed, mortgaged lands were restored to the original owners, and land was left fallow: Lev. 25:8-17

          We are discharged! New document posted on pacer today. We are all done!

                  Congrats ! I am in AZ as well and just made final payment couple weeks ago.

                  How long did it take for the Trustee to file the papers for the completed plan? NDC (trustee) shows plan completed 6/14/14 but Pacer shows nothing filed yet...just curious how long....

                  last question....anyone know how long till we can apply to refinance our mortgage....is it 3 yrs or anytime after discharge? thanks

                    Congrats indebt! I still can't believe it is over for us. Not sure about the mortgage question but you can probably refinance anytime after your discharge, it just may be difficult to get a good interest rate. We made our last payment mid April & NDC showed plan completed mid May.. Discharge 6/5..
