NDC Status of complete

Hi all,
We paid off the plan 6 months early. NDC processed the payment and still has a balance on hand and has the status as "Completed" - I thought the Audit was before completed? Anyone know the different statues I can expect to see. I see the letter stating all payments have been made and we should stop sending payments effective immediately. This all happened within 2 days of the payment so I am surprised it's moving so quick.

"completed" means you have completed your plan by making all required payments. It does not mean an audit is complete or that your case is complete. I wish I could tell you what other statuses you will see, but I haven't gotten there yet.
