Got my title for the car today! Was discharged 2/18 but had to call them to get the title released, took about 2 weeks. Waiting on the rv. Hard to believe, debt free except for mortgage.

Mine is on it's way now too! Mine had the interest crammed down and after the claim was paid in full in the 2nd year of my plan, I called about the title. Honda finance stated since the rate was crammed down, I would need to wait for my discharge. So I left it at that. It turns out they actually tried to mail it to me in 2011 and it got returned. (I was living overseas in 2010-2011 and renting out my house.) So I could have had it 3 years ago! But glad I will be getting it in the mail in a few days!

Short lived as far as "rollin in savings"....as the orthodontist has come knocking at the door for our youngest. Welp, it was nice while it lasted for a very brief 1 month reprieve of having that extra $

At least its not MORE money coming out of pocket - and the ortho offers interest free in-house financing which is the exact same amount as our car payment was. Ce le vie

We got our truck title last week, now just waiting on discharge & title to our Toyota. 60 month plan, last payment made in April!!

Congratulations! I'm hoping that the same thing will happen for our car purchased a few months before filing. We pay 4% interest. Even if they don't release the title before the plan is completed, we will have only waited 40 months instead of the 72 month loan we had on it.
