We need to send out taxes to the trustee. I am self-employed and turn in a operating statement each month. It does not exactly match my Federal Return exactly due to some reimbursements that I had originally put as income. How close does the trustee look at my statements vs Federal Tax return.

The Trustee is only looking at income and whether your income changed. (They may also be looking at your claim of exemptions and/or filing status.) Other than that, the Trustee is NOT performing an IRS style audit! They really just use the base numbers to determine if you are contributing the appropriate amount as disposable monthly income.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
