Disallowed claim being paid .

I was looking at NDC , saw that a disallowed claim is being paid in my ch 13 . so I go to Pacer to check to see if something had changed. Still disallowed. Can the trustee just pay who they want?

It is a unsecured claim and is getting $155 mo. Should I say something or just let it be?

It was probably an error on the Trustee's office. A claims administrator may not have adjusted the claim to $0. I would contact your attorney immediately and discuss this with him/her.
