Waaaaa I am so happy for you but right now it is sure crawling and seems so far off for me, almost impossibly far! This is month 18 so almost 1/3 but still! I hope it speeds up soon! Congrats you lucky person!!!!

Well, NDC went from "Active" yesterday to "COMPLETED AS A 60 MONTH PLAN" and Date Case Closed 04/22/2014! I thought my 4/1 payment was my last but my payment had changed 2 years in and apparently the new payment needed to be made that 1st month even though I had already paid it. So I mailed in the difference on 4/15, and NDC was updated with that today as well as the new status! Pacer doesn't say anything yet and I have not been sent the Domestic Support Obligation form that I need to return, so I think it's still a bit before the actual discharge. I had a lien strip and car paid in the plan so hopefully I'll get the documents releasing the lien and the car title soon.March 2009 - Filed Ch 13

The notice that my plan was complete and I no longer needed to send in payments arrived 4/24. My lawyer filed the 1328 Certificate 4/30 and I looked on pacer today and I am discharged! Now the OFFICIAL happy dance can commence!!!March 2009 - Filed Ch 13 April 2009 - 341 Meeting
