    43 months to go

We have a 5% plan and stripping our second mortgage. Our plan base is $24,400 we have already paid in $8752 we now only owe $4795 in unsecured debt. What does the trustee do with the
additional amount we will have an extra $14000? Will these raise our percentage on payback.

I do believe you have answered your question. As far as I know, once all secured has been paid then unsecured will get the rest. Don't rely on the plan base as etched in stone or % to unsecured because either can change (ask me how I know). Whatever plan you are in be it 3 or 5 years there is no early out unless you have paid back 100% of all submitted claims.

We are in a five year plan. As long as they don't raise our payment were good but five years is a long time to pay.

True enough. Approach it with the mind set that you started with a mountain of debt and it's all down hill.
