Experience with filing Ch. 13 after discharged Ch. 7?

Does anyone here have experience with filing a Ch. 13 after being discharged from a Ch. 7?
Long story short I was in a traumatic car accident 3 months after our Ch. 7 was discharged in 2011. As a result I could not work for a while, and then ending up having to switch jobs and take less pay.
We are behind on our mortgage and it is looking like we may need to file Ch. 13 to save our home (renting in my area is more expensive than our mortgage, even if we downsized, so that is not a good option). I realize that we will not receive a discharge of any debts due to our Ch. 7 not being 4 years ago.
I was just curious as to how it all works after a Ch. 7 filing.

It works just like any other Chapter 13. There is nothing special about it, other than the lack of a discharge of the unsecured debts. So just read everything about Chapter 13s and the Chapter 13 Plan and all those fun things that go along with a Chapter 13.

If you cannot or refuse to budget, then a Chapter 13 will never work. Additionally, your Chapter 13 must be feasible. If your arrears are more than you can afford -- along with attorney fees, trustee fees, and your current secured debt payments, and unsecured debt payments -- then you could never confirm a Chapter 13 plan.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
