    Chapter 13 dismissed

I am in a Chapter 13 and last week it was dismissed because I fell behind in my trustee payments but its okay because I got a great modification thru CHAMP CHASE bank. My question is what will my credit report show dismissed, discharged I am confused. Will I get something from the courts saying my bankruptcy was dismissed??

The bankruptcy will show as dismissed. The creditors will likely start bothering you again in some time. Typically, most Chapter 13 debt is sold to third parties such as LLNV, B-Real, B-Cast, Roundup Funding, etc. These are "junk debt buyers" (JDB) and they will likely hound you until you pay, they sue you, or you file again. Or, maybe you will not hear a word. There is no real way to tell what the individual creditors will do, but I would expect some creditors to re-start (or start) collection activity.

Unless you registered for electronic bankruptcy noticing, the bankruptcy noticing center should be serving the order dismissing your case to you and your creditors by US Mail.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
