Been watching PACER waiting for the judge to sign the order to stop our wage garnishments (payroll runs tomorrow) and HOLY MOLLY! There sat the order AND a DISCHARGE!!! So happy!!!

How'd we make it work? Honestly, I think the biggest factor for us was having a responsive attorney who specialized in bankruptcy. She crafted a doable plan for us, responded to emails quickly, and helped us find solutions as our situation changed throughout the years. And having the payment deducted from my pay was huge; we never saw it, and although we missed it, it wasn't the same as having to write the check.Comment
