chapter13 and modification

Just we received a in house modification from CHASE. I am currently 80,000 behind with CHASE they put everything on the back of the loan and lowered my interest rate to 4% (was 12.5%) The difference is that I worked with a gentleman by the name of Michael Nazarinia from the Loan Mod Help Center if you go on loansafe.com. I am on cloud nine in fact today when I got my package I also got a motion to dismiss my bankruptcy because I was behind 3 payments to the trustee. I am going to sleep well tonight
