I've google searched and searched this forum but have yet to find an answer. The question is, do creditors actually come after you for the all interest accrued from the time of filing until the present time when one dismissed a chapter 13? I have yet to see a single post confirming this from anyone. All I've read is that the creditors could come after you for the interest but no one has posted that it has actually happened to them.

Every creditor is going to make its own decision about whether to pursue a debtor after the dismissal of a Chap 13. Even if somebody tells you their experience, there is no way to know if your experience would be the same. But, I guarantee you that if a creditor does sue you, they will include all accrued interest in their stated damages.LadyInTheRed is in the black!
