Oh, the waiting is the hardest part!

My BK is in the District of Kansas. My Motion for Entry of Discharge was entered on 11/19/13 and it says that creditors have to file their objections on or before 12/1913. Since today is 12/4/13, and no one has yet to file an objection, do the experts in the house think none would be filed? Do some wait until the last minute? What's your experience?!

    Thanks!

I don't know the answer to your question, but just wanted to say I hope things go good for you. We only have 5 more payments in our plan & I just want this over with. I would hope that the 30 day notice to file objections is just a formality.

Good luck & please advise the status after 12/19.

Did you complete the second debtor course?

It is both a good feeling and a relief to be done, for sure. Yes, I took the second debtor course in July.

        Congrats both of you!
Discharge date: October 2017 (will it ever get here?)
