How long after last payment will I be discharge?

Sorry if this has been asked already, but I made my last payment almost 2 months ago. I received a check from my trustee for overpayment, and I see that in the national data center my case was closed on October 15. I haven't heard anything else, and nothing has been updated on Pacer. Is it just a waiting game now? my attorney's office said that we have to wait till we receive something from the court. If it helps I am in Los Angeles. Thanks in advance

Typically, the time from the last payment in the plan until discharge and close of a Chapter 13, is 60-90 days. It could be longer in Districts, such as some in Southern California, where the caseload is heavy.
