Spouse accounts won't close

Hey all. I live in a community property state and filed chapter 13 and included my wife's credit cards although she is non filing. Well all of my accounts closed down as expected but hers did not. They were listed on the matrix and given notification but did not respond. I called one of her creditors and asked why they did not close the account and they said they would not close it because my wife's information does not show up under the chapter 13 public record? I explained that I m in a community property state and that my wife's debt could be included in my bankruptcy without her filing. The creditor said that even though she is non filing her information should still show up when they look up my banruptcy and because it does NOT show up, they won't close out the account. Anyone ever go through something like this?
