Beg of the year statements.

Does everyone get statements from the trustee at the beginning of the year? If so what month do you usually get them? What kind of info is in them?

Usually get mine in March. Has a list of your creditors and other items in your bk. Asks if this info is correct and if there are any changes that need to be made. This is what it says at the end:

-NOTICE: This is an annual statement of your Chapter 13 case as of 03/06/2013. Please review it carefully. No response
is necessary if the information agrees with your records.

-If you have questions, discuss the matter with your attorney.

The info in this report from the trustee is the one you go by. NDC info is not necessarily accurate or updated.

Got mine in March also. It has the same as Andy158.
