creditor sent me a collection letter and reported me to credit bureau as delinquent, etc. after including them in a chapter 13. whats my remedy?

When did you file? Have you been confirmed? I don't think that anyone of us here has yet beeen able to pass Mindreading 101.

If you filed with an attorney's help you need to get him/her on this. If that creditor has been properly noticed in your BK Filing Matrix, your attorney should be able to "eat this creditor for lunch".Originally posted by moorman View Post
