    Creditor sent me collection letter and reported to bureau after including them

    creditor sent me a collection letter and reported me to credit bureau as delinquent, etc. after including them in a chapter 13. whats my remedy?

    Moorman, we need more information.

    When did you file? Have you been confirmed? I don't think that anyone of us here has yet beeen able to pass Mindreading 101.

      filed in august. case confirmed early in october, creditor sent collection letter dated october 30th. they were included in the plan..

        If you filed with an attorney's help you need to get him/her on this. If that creditor has been properly noticed in your BK Filing Matrix, your attorney should be able to "eat this creditor for lunch".

        With that said, you really have not given us much information that we can help with. Did you file with an attorney or not?

          went back and checked my paperwork. my attorney did include them. gonna call my attorney monday about it.
