Just venting
Seems like we may have to convert to chap 7, however the trustee has not made a payment to one of our car for the last four months. Now if the conversion is done, we would have to come up with all that money to keep the car and we need the car!

The Trustee should have the money in your account. Just because the Trustee has not mailed a payment, does not mean that the money is not still on account.
