Received in mail today Trustee's Report of Receipts and Disbursements

I received this in the mail today, what does this mean? I am on a 3 year plan, this coming October will be my third year into the plan.

I get one of those every year. I don't know if all trustees send it out. Is this the first time you got one? Maybe your trustee just started sending them.

Yes, this is the first time I get one.

I get them once or twice a year.

I get a report every year in January. The only time I hear from the trustee.
