      I sent them a very "sweet" email explaining how badly we needed to move and how we needed our payroll deductions to stop and needed our refund issued, also let them know how greatfull we would be to speed the process along. The next morning I got an email back, case closed, notified my payroll department and slip a refund check in the mail.

      They had taken almost 4 extra payments out, made final payments, but had done nothing else to close the case out.
      Filed August 09, all payments made as of July 12th, 2013.....Waiting on final audit and discharge!
