Mortgage while in Chapter 13

I'm on 48 month plan, I'm scheduled to be finish April 2014. I wanted to buy a house for my family.

Should i wait until my discharge time in April?

Can someone tell me the names of lenders would finance during chapter 13?

Update:

I put my application on lendingtree.com and they told me Kondaur Capital Corp would finance for me. Anyone have a good luck with them?
