Question about lawyers fee in case of a early payoff

I am 4 months in a 100% chapter 13 and was wondering if I ever come up with enough money to
pay off the plan early would I have to pay the full lawyer fee? Meaning all of 3400.00 listed or
a lesser amount due to early payoff.

    Thank you

You must pay the entire fee. It is an approved claim in your plan and is part of the 100% you must pay to complete your plan. An early payoff does not reduce your attorney's fee. Most of the work was done before confirmation and most of the little work that remains is at the end of the plan and needs to be done no matter when you complete it.
