    Credit Reports

I am currently waiting for my Chapter 13 discharge, and I just pulled my credit report and noticed some of my creditors mention a wage earner plan others just state included in bankruptcy and some just list the dept and whether I was late in paying or not. Can anyone help with what is supposed to be on my credit report and how to determine if it is being reported correctly. Is there a web site that could explain what I am supposed to be looking for so I can make any corrections that are not entered correctly.

    Thanks

Your credit report(s) should reference something to the following: "Debt included in or discharged through Bankruptcy Chapter 13". I've seen it referenced one of my credit reports as a Chapter 13 wage earner plan as well.

Don't worry about your credit report while you are in an active bankruptcy. After the discharge, everything should settle out within a couple of months. If not, that's when you need to start correcting the data.
