So we made our final payment and now have a credit balance on the 13network, however our last payment has not yet been sent to our creditors. That should be happening within the next 2 weeks as our trustee sends payments out the 3rd Wednesday of every month.
Once that payment is made, how long does it take for the final audit to begin. Our case was very simple, so I'm hoping that will speed things along.
Also I called our Attry (useless) to ask if there was anything they needed to file to get our discharge, they told me no. However when I looked up on our Trustees website I found this form:
Debtor(s) Certification Regarding Issuance of Discharge Order, it looks like to me that it asks if we completed our
financial class and that we don't owe any child support. We took our class our first year and it is recorded on the 13network case documents. But wouldn't this be something the attry will need to submit for our discharge?
I just so want this over, we really need to move and the place we want to go won't take us until we are discharged!
