Comcast was originally listed on my chapter 13. Six months after filing, Comcast started harassing me with bills. I turned the bills over to my attorney and he contacted them. Now, Comcast has turned me over to CBHV. A collection agency. This has to be some form of harassment.Opinions anyone?

Did Comcast sell the debt to CBHV, or is CBHV collecting on behalf of Comcast? If CBHV bought the debt, then you or your attorney should send them a copy of your BK notice to let them know the debt is included in your BK. If they are collecting on behalf of Comcast and your attorney already warned them that the debt is included in your BK, Comcast is willfully violating the automatic stay. Ask your attorney about filing a complaint against them.
I'm assuming the bills are for services provided before you filed your BK petition.LadyInTheRed is in the black!
Filed Chap 13 April 2010. Discharged May 2015.
$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!
