I am in a chapter 13 is there anyway I can go to a mediation with a judge and my mortgage company to get a modification. I was forclosed on many years ago. I have a 13% interest rate and I keep getting turned down because we make enough money. That's bs just because we both WORK we are penalized. I have a subprime mortgage. If there is such a think who would I contact?? Thanks
