late payment/disbursement

I am on month 57/60. Almost done!!

My payment to Trustee is due on 27th every month and I have never been late. Until now. My payment was delivered on 28th (Fri) and not posted until July 1 (Mon.). Disbursements to creditors went out dated July 2, but they only sent out the previous $10 I had left in the account from previous month.

As of today, there are still no more checks sent out and I have $1900 sitting in my account. Do they only send these out once a month? I guess I'll have a late house payment now (included in plan).

There have been some very strange things happening the end of June/first of July regarding payments, whether SSDI checks, or whatever it is. I hope it is a fluke surrounding a new fiscal year.

I am not a CH13 person, so I really don't know the answer to your specific question. Someone will chime in I am sure.

trustees usually only payout once monthly; you can call their office directly and ask the assistant any questions you may have regarding your concern. They wont bite ;)
