    Mortgage paid outside of bankruptcy

My mortgage is being paid outside of my bankruptcy. The last bill I received showed that the last 2 months are due but yet when I called they said they are holding funds in a separate account?!?! I don't want this to cause a problem with my confirmed chapter 13. The bill also showed a service harge of $150 in which the chase representative said that once my bankruptcy was discharged those fees would be reconciled and I would not be responsible for them. She did open a case to see as to why my last two payment have not been credited even though the money is there. Anyone else deal with this and should I be worried? I can check on the chase case tomorrow after noon as that will be 48 hours since the case was opened.

They're holding it in an escrow account. they did the same thing to ours (also outside the plan) but fixed it all after getting our confirmation paperwork, but it was months and months to get it right.

    Hopefully they'll fix it soon.

Thanks so much!! I called and after 48 hours funds were applied so I'm not sure if the confirmation paper work crossed or what. Just glad it's handled.
