13 Data Center-Missing Money???

For the 2nd time since being in Chapter 13, I have noticed that money seems to be missing, at least what is reported on our 13 Data Center account ledger. The first time was about a year ago when our balance suddenly shot up about $714 when we were on a bi-weekly paycheck garnishment for coincidentally $714 a payday. I let it go, thought it was my error. Now we have one payment left. When I totaled all the owed money last month it showed we would owe about $933 after sending in the April 30th payment. This morning, I calculated what is owed after deducting the balance on hand and it shows we owe $1333 still! There is no way trustee fees for one month is $400. I should have taken screen shots every month. Has anybody else seen this happen to them? What can we do about this since we apparently have to live by what is on 13 data center.

My understanding is that 13datacenter is utilized by the trustee and does not necessarily reflect what is actually happening in your plan.

Do you have reciepts of what you actually paid? Keep them handy.

Why not just call your Trustee and find out. Why stress yourself. It's a simple phone call.
