Notice of Appearance from Courts

I got something in the email from the mortgage company's lawyer from the courts call "notice of appearance" It was not asking me to appear anywhere just asking for all documention on my case be submitted to them it was cc'd to my lawyer and trustee. When I called to ask what it was they said they were required to do this on all BOA clients they said I should not worry its routine. Anyone else get this notice???

It is routine and nothing to worry about. It's to make sure the creditor's attorney gets notice of certain developments in your case of which they would not otherwise receive notice.
