Plan Payment

I have three months left before I complete my Chapter 13 Plan. Never missed a payment or have been late but I am facing a financial crisis. I havent been able to save any money and am being forced to move out of the house I am renting because my landlord is getting a divorce and he wants to sell the house. Moving into a new home takes money (first & last plus cleaning deposit) which I do not have.

Was wondering if my trustee will allow a postponement of my plan payment for a couple of months so that I can save enough to move my family. This is killing me any help please.

If you have a lease, the landlord cannot force you to move out until it expires. That does not solve your problem, I realize. You are going to have to solicit your trustee's attention and ask for a postponement even if someone from your district in CA who knows the trustee answers your question on this forum.
