Our plan was confirmed today (actually signed yesterday) !!
Pretty good considering we filed 5 weeks ago.
Much of the advice/info we learned here helped a lot.
These would be my observations/advice for others:
1. While much of the info on these forums is very helpful, keep in mind that a lot of it relates to Ch 7 not Ch 13 (which makes up less than 25% of all filings), Ch 13 cases are handled very differently from how you plan, work with your attorney, create the petition, to how the 341 meeting is conducted and interactions with the Trustee.
2. Work with an attorney that knows your area and Trustee and works with their office on a regular basis, this is VERY important for a Ch 13. Knowing the law is one thing (I have learned a lot of it myself) you can look that up, but knowing what will work and what won't in your specific area is worth a lot, and cannot be learned by the layman.
