Lien Strip Question

I was just officially discharged succesfully from my chapter 13. I lien stripped my 2nd and 3rd mortgage in my 13. Now that I am discharged do i need to follow up with the 2nd and 3rd mortgage company to make sure they send a letter to my land records to remove this lien/deed?

Yes, and hopefully you had very specific language in the lien strip order that can act as a deed of release and reconveyance should the creditors not respond. If it does, you might want to get a certified copy of the order and your discharge and record both at your county recorder's office.
