I actually was approved today for a loan. I ended up getting a Subaru Impreza brand new sticker was $21K and I was able to get $5K for my trade , AWD, I live in New England, they last and hold their value. The rate was ridiculous, but I was able to stay within the payments the attorney advised. I just hope I don't have a hard time getting discharged and they don't go through every little bank statement etc........

The helpful factors I have to say were the alimony and the $2350 they take out a month in taxes out of my paycheck; attorney was astounded.

You worry too much , Let your attorney worry, he know what he is doing. That car sounds nice. You have lots of expenses especially
the Alimony. Glad you found a attorney who is looking out for your best interest.

You got a very lucky break kid. Hope it all goes through with the bk7. If we had lived in neighboring Ohio or Pennsylvania our menas test would have let us file bk7. West Virginia has one of the lowest median incomes.
