78K...but we're paying back 34K to them due to items we chose to keep (vehicles that were paid for).. all else will be stripped upon completion. Sucks... they shouldnt get a damn dime.
88K easily approved. There was no doubt it was fully unsecured.
LadyInTheRed is in the black!
Filed Chap 13 April 2010. Discharged May 2015.
$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!
Thanks! Mine is unsecured as well per time of filing, the markets have improved since. But not that much. We shall see, i dont think there are any objections either. I will let you all know next week! You guys are doing great! So close some of you!!! Woo woo
Discharge date: October 2017 (will it ever get here?)
One thing not a lot of people know is when valuing the first use the lenders POC which includes fee's and future interest. That took my first over the appraised value leaving the 2nd wholly unsecured.
"Proof Of Claim" My first was 280k and second 230k. Prop value was 350k. When the first submitted a POC , it was for 360K with all the fees. That pushed the second out of secured status.
