My wife underwent major surgery 4 months ago, and she was out of work for two months. We were able to get our trustee payments put on hold for those two months which was a big help. But now, our final and total cost for medical bills from the hospital is $2200.00. I'm sure we can make monthly payment arrangements with the hospital, so I was wondering if you think that we can have our attorney redo our total monthly income numbers to incorporate this new debt so that our Trustee payment can be lowered? Anyone with a similar experience?
