It's not a move at all. They simply are "unlaying" me off. Same job, same pay as far as I know. The whole company gets their raises in January so I assume if they are giving them out I will receive a pay increase then. Everyone is telling me get more money or make some demands. I'm not stupid. They are offering me my job back so I'm taking it with very little questions asked.

Why are your payments only $100 per month?? You can't owe too much debt then. Why did you file a 13??? Just curious

This is if I don't find a job before then which the way things are looking job are few and far to come by.
What really irks me is that this company called me a year ago when I was working another temp job and hired me two weeks before they laid off 23 people. I had previously left because they weren't hiring at the time and I was working there temporary.
I pray that as long as I pay the monthly payment that they won't care that I'm currently unemployed. I am one year in with two to go.

What drives me nuts is: people complaining about those in 13 with low payments, or those in 7 with no payments. I would gladly pay $1,000 a month if I could have the income again, and the assets (like a house) to hang on to. According to my paperwork, I BK'd about $26,000. At the time I was first layed-off in 2009 my debt was about $8,000 and being paid down, and my savings was starting to accumulate. All that extra debt is interest and fees. I am now grateful that at least I have Soc. Sec. income, it's not much. I am also grateful that my rent is low and I can get by.
I would rather have a job. Many in a similar position aren't 'getting off easy'. Please remember it's proportionate to what you have, and what you have coming in. Also remember to be grateful for what you do have, and what you are able to keep.
