I realize it is the small things with this whole process BUT we FINALLY showed up as confirmed on 13datacenter.com!

Now just to see this guy pay the payments out would be great! I dont use it really but to make sure that the payments post now I get to watch what we have paid out get disbursed. That will make me one happy short person.

On our confirmation paperwork it doesn't say anything about tax returns so does that mean we do not have to submit them to the trustee? Just want to clarify everything before I get too jumpy happy (well as jumpy happy as my sore body will allow!)

On a better note went to the Dr today for my spine and he confirmed that I should be considered disabled. Thats a good thing as it just backs up my case for disability. Now to get my hearing pushed up :0) One small hurdle at a time.

I wouldn't get overly excited about what is or is not posted on 13datacenter as it really depends on how often the trustee posts. It was several months before mine started paying out, according to the site. Frankly, I don't even get concerned about what or whom is paid as the ball, so to speak, is in the trustee'e court and how the bills are paid is in their hands. That's what they get paid to do, right? I do, however, check the sight to make sure the payment arrived. So far, so good.

As for tax returns, it varies from district to district, trustee to trustee and from what I've read no set rules. We filed in the middle district of NC and weren't required to submit tax return info and have not had a request for such and we are going on our 5th and final year.

As for your disability, my wife filed twice, on her own, and was turned down. Filed a third time with an atty. was denied and scheduled to a hearing. Something new they are doing is having a group of attorneys that go over the filed paperwork and make the decision instead of having to appear before a judge. Having a doctor firmly on your side and confirming your disability is what did the trick for us. The paperwork was overwhelming in favor of her disability and was approved prior to going before the court. It's a shame that nothing changed, medically, from the time she filed the first time. The only difference was we got an atty. But it is what it is. Good luck with your case and be persistant. It took us about a year and a half.

Thank you for the input. I am by no means relying on 13datacenter. I just like to see the numbers and where things go. its a great visual for me. regardless of when he does it I just like to watch for amusement. I am not concerned by it. We are in the Western District of NC (CLT to be exact). Ive had two doctors tell me and confirm disability. I have severe scoliosis and kyphosis plus MS plus Neuropathy and seizures so its really a pick your choice thing with me and they chose to go with a dr that had nothing to do with anything wrong with me LOL. Oh well such is life. I will keep at them and with my overwhelming information that I just sent over to them yesterday I think it should be good to go.
