    341 is over, perfect case

My 341 is over, and the Judge said we have a perfect case, to sit back make payments and everything looks wonderful. Our payments are $110.00 a month for 36 months and then we are done. I feel so much better.

$110 a month is good. Mine is a $127 a week deducted from my check and that hurts.

$110 a month is practically just like having an extra cell phone bill. Congrats!

Outstanding. can I ask what % of unsecured creditors are getting paid back at? I would imagine that a good deal of that 110 will go to the trustee.

Nice work, well done, just make your payments on time and the 3 years will be gone by tomorrow! Time really seems to accelerate as I get older.

                Best Wishes,

I am in a 1% plan. The only thing I had secured is my car loan, and it is almost paid off. The rest was credit card debt and old bills. I also had someone who used my ssn and had tons of bills, however I can not find them know to sue for the money, and that was my only action for it. My car pays off in 12 months, the atty pays off in 9 months, then the rest is trustee and creditors.

Also, the reason we had to do a 13 is b/c my husband has a prior 7 from when he broke his back. He had bills though that he did not know about at the time which carried over to our marriage.
