Next week it will be 60 months since I filed - I have kept below the radar and have not had any problems over the entire process. What I was wondering if anyone has been through Chap. 13 in the NE Region of Ohio (Akron) and what the timeframe for discharge is? I am still showing as active in 13datacenter. Any insights would be appreciated.
