We filed Chapter13 BK and the hearing is postponed. We provided 6 months' worth of bank statements. Does the Trustee ever request bank statements after you've filed? Do they have access to this information? Thank you!

I am just about finished with my 3 year plan and I have never had any more bank statements requested by my trustee. -
The trustee does not have access to your bank statements without requesting them from you. The trustee could request additional bank statements, but would probably only do that if he suspects you are trying to hide something.
