Repayment plan question

Hi all. I have a question that my paralegal cannot answer nor has returned my call regarding it.

In regards to my repayment plan, I have 60 months. I was wondering if my 60 month time frame starts from the Petition File date or the Confirmation date?

Should be 60 payments. First payment usually due 30 days after the filing date.

Thanks Salsa. I just learned from my case administrator that its 60 months from your first payment. As such, I am behind on my plan. I will need to make extra payments to get caught up, which will be about an extra $125-$150 a month. Luckily my new job went from 24 pays to 26 pays which means there will be an extra payment in there over the next 12 months.
