It's not just former countrywide's for the BOA total forgiveness. Basically anyone who has a second that is serviced (and I believe owned) by BOA can get the forgiveness, if it is profitable for BOA. BOA gets something like .12 on the dollar for doing the forgiveness. If anyone also is part of loansafe.org, they have links posted for the guidelines of the forgiveness.
