Thanks I don't know what where gonna do, problem my employer would find out. Was thinking we could just stop all our benifits like denta flex acct and our retirements. If one breaks right now we have no money just went on stands to see allowed again. Thought i read somewhere they allowed for home maintance something like 2 to 3 percent of house value, have you heard of this? Even if i was allowed 1 percent for house maint maybe. We are spending 100 to 125 just in gas a week and the cheapest on grocery we can go, if he raises plan 500 we truly will be done. I can't even think right now found this on pacer.

Pennsylvania does not allow wage garnishment for money judgments stemming from unsecured debt. A Chapter 13 plan payment is not a wage garnishment, but it is a wage deduction that occurs when a debtor's wages are still in the possession of the employer if it is ordered by the trustee. It will be whatever the bankruptcy court specifies.
