Received our 341 Meeting Date

In yesterday's mail we received the date for our Trustee Meeting. It is Sept. 12th, now I am a bit nervous. According to our Attorney everything is in order. We just are concerned about the unknown in the meeting. He said that we will sit through an hr. meeting when we get there. Looking forward to Sept. 13th.

We sent our first check out today to the Trustee.sammie

As long as your petition is accurate and complete, you have nothing to worry about. Most 341s are quick and painless with a standard list of questions asked. Thank you LIR. We do feel very comfortable with our Attorney & we have given him proof of all income ect. Although we do not have much DI right now, we also have not received any phone calls or letters from creditors. This is due to the fact that we made at least min. payments right up to the day that we filed. Everything is moving quickly.
